[反思]：教学是教师教学生学的过程，还是师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的过程？传统教学中，教师是课堂的主宰者，课堂上教学关系成为：教师讲，学生听；教师问，学生答，教师写，学生抄。要想把这种“单边活动”转为师生的“双边活动”，则必须要有学生的参与。新课程强调，教学是教与学的交往、互动，师生双方相互交流、相互沟通、相互启发、相互补充，在这个过程中教师与学生分享彼此的思考、经验和知识，交流彼此的情感、体验和观念，从而达到共识、共享和共进，实现教
学相长和共同发展。所以教学中，我们要引导学生积极、主动地参与进来，让他们陈述自己的见解，让我们更多的聆听到他们的声音。那么如何才会听到学生美丽的声音？
一、问题要有开放性。
课堂教学中，泛滥成灾的是“封闭性问题”。封闭性问题是需要的，它强调知识的记忆和理解，打好英语基础需要扎实的语言训练。但这类问题答案相对单一，缺乏更多的信息交流，学生积极性不高。教学中若长期只有封闭性问题，将会严重阻碍和束缚学生的思维能力。
开放性问题是相对于封闭性问题而言的。开放性问题不求答案唯一，而求答案丰富多彩，“开”即能拓展，“放”就会有个性，我们就能听到学生个性化的声音。开放性问题联系学生的主观见解、实际经历、生活体验，使英语教学从“以知识为本”向“以人为本”转变，从“只见教材不见人”向“心中有本，目中有人”转变，增强学生的体验和感悟。开放性问题让人有思维的冲动，能激发学生兴趣，激活学生思维，是深层次的参与。有专家说：“课堂上，哪怕有一个开放性问题，这节课学生参与的层次就提高了”。只有有了思维的参与，才会蹦出思维的火花。
二、反馈要有激励性。
教师的反馈行为会在很大程度上鼓励或妨碍学生的参与。以往我们一直强调参与
面要广，参与人数要多，为了追求所谓的快节奏和训练学生快速思维能力，一个接一个的问题抛向学生，很少会在某个学生这边作些停顿，老师更多的是追求一种正确的答案，至于学生到底回答了什么，怎么会这样回答的，老师都没多关注。而且传统的反馈基本为“good”,“excellent”,“never mind”,”you will do it better next time.”等等，但这些无关痛痒的反馈已经激不起学生的兴趣，“不要使用这种程序化的、毫无意义的反应，你应该尽力澄清、综合处理、扩展、修改、提升和评价学生的回答。”（高慎英、刘良华）
学生回答错误时或有困难时，老师干脆而生硬的一句”no”或“sit down”会挫伤学生的积极性，但若老师能“容忍”一下，给予知识上或情感上的鼓励，或允许他向其他同学寻求帮助，这会给他莫大的安慰。只要他回答了，他就多了一次成功的机会。
必要时，教师需要“追问”、“补充”和“赏识”学生的回答，这会让学生感到教师一直在倾听，教师不仅在关心问题的答案，也同样关注着学生。如当学生有精彩回答时，我一定会再大声强调一下，说，“he/she says/thinks/is…”以表示赏识。又如一次，一个学生说：”i couldn’t climb the tree when i was young .” 我马上接口补充到“but i could climb the tree when i was young.”学生听后竟然大喊“哇！”这种真实、真诚而又平等的反馈显示出对学生的关注、对学生的欣赏，极大地激励了学生回答问题的积极性。在这种师生、生生的互动过程中，不断地传出学生美丽的声音。
[小结]：有时气氛热烈时，有太多的学生想发言，让说还是不让说？不让说吧，学生很扫兴；让说吧，花费时间太多，影响教学过程的完整性，所以有时有点矛盾。但我以为新课程下的课堂教学是开放自由的，不必只拘泥于教学过程是否完整，教学任务是否完成，只要时间花在学生上，只要课堂充满了活力，促进了学生的发展，教师尽可以放开手脚去尝试和探索。当然教师如果能够在高潮时结束学生的发言，并顺利过渡到其它环节是最好不过的。

I usually get up at six oclock on weekdays.I have breakfast with my perents.After breakfast,I go to school at about seven ocolck.

My favorite book is “Dream of The Red Chamber”. The book tries to tell us that there are different kinds of love, only one kind which should be considered as True Love. In our life, we should marry the true love instead of wealth and good looks. From this book, we also get to know a part of the noble people’s life in Qing Dynasty and find some life philosophies from it. So this book is very instructive to people. We should learn more from this book as well as other books.
How to behave well
Behaving well is the key to getting on well with others.
As a student,I think it’s very important to do everything on time and keep lie to others or say dirty words.We should be polite to others and ready to help the people in need.
We’d better not talk loudly in public.Don’t throw litter or spit about.And rememeber to obey the traffic rules.
Finally,learn to work with will be very important in the future.
这一学期里，我继续担任初一班的英语教师一职，现在将我这一学期的工作总结做如下汇报：
一、对孩子
(一)教学方面
本学期尽职尽责，按照新课标课纲的要求，教导学生们英语知识，带领他们学习新的英语课文，并根据学生地基础布下每天背五个英语单词的作业，并且在每一周的英语早自习，带领他们朗读课文，重视英语的读音，不学哑巴英语，在这种的教学模式下，班级的英语取得非常不错的成绩，在本学期的期末考试中，在__学校五年级10个班里面，我们班取得平均分和分均取得第一名的成绩，并且在英语前十名中占据了四个名额，且都在前列。同时班里的__同学在这个学期区里举办的__杯英语作文比赛中获得冠军，很好地扬了我们学校的名气。
(二)德育方面
尽管我只是__班的英语老师，不是班主任，但是我并没有放松自己的责任，时刻谨记自己是一名老师，不应该只负责书面知识的传授，更应该传授做人的知识。所以在班主任__老师的邀请下，一切管理__班，在教导学生们英语知识的同时，还注重他们行为习惯的培养，帮助他们改正一些不好的习惯。同时还关注他们的身心健康的发展，比如班上的__同学因为上学鞋子被雨淋湿的原因，上课的时候被我发现，赶紧报告班主任老师，让她在办公室烤火，班主任老师还帮她把鞋子烤干。
二、对自己
(一)教学尽职尽责，认真备课
每天提前做好教案准备，规划好今天应该讲哪些知识，布置哪些作业，检查哪些孩子的进步。每天晚上自己心里先演示一遍教学过程，以免上课的时候遇到突发状况。在讲好课纲要求的同时，发挥自身的知识积累，在课堂上进行一定的拓展，激发学生们的听课兴趣，避免课堂枯燥乏味。
(二)坚持不停的学习
学习这种东西，如果提保持自我进步，那么迟早会被淘汰，是有意我一直在坚持去听其他老师的讲课，从他们学习好的先进的教学经验，从而结合自身优势进行灵活运用。
我还一直有在订阅英语杂质，关注英语教学的相关动态，遇到好的，就把它跟同学同学们分享，教授给学生们，扩展学生们的全球视野。
以身作则，重视英语的口语，每天必定有十分钟进行英语交流，比如与外国网友，比如在英语学习论坛，不仅要把英语学进来，更要表达出去。

Nobody can succeed by accident. We should study hard to get good grades. We often have problems in studying. So we should face them bravely instead of giving up. Two years ago, I was weak in my English. I always failed in the English tests. I was very sad, but I didn’t give up. I studied hard to improve my English. I asked my teacher for help. I read the words every morning. when I passed the final exam, I believed I succeed. Now, I am good at my English.

As we all know, water is very important to all living things on Earth. People can’t live without water. But many countries in the world are short of water. So, it’s necessary for us to save water.
First, remember not to waste or pollute water, because water is valuable, like liquid gold. We shouldn’t leave the tap on while we wash our hands or brush our teeth. Second, we should learn to reuse water. For example, we can use the water to clean the floor or wash the toilet after we wash fruit and vegetable. Third, we’d better take a shower instead of a bath. A last, it’s also helpful to tell people around us to save water together.
If everyone can do all of these. We are sure to save a lot of water.
When people are in the public, they have the sense that they should not speak loudly in the public place and they should not jump the line and so on, these are rules for them, though it is not the law makes it, but the power of morality. Self-behave seems easy to do, but when the great temptation comes, self-behave will be changed quickly.
It has been reported that in Hong Kong, a police car which was loaded with crash attracted many people to grab the money when the crash slipped down from the police car. It was such crazy, the money should be handed to the band, while on its way to the bank, people grabbed some and then left quickly. Two days later, the police found back most of the money, some people who refused to return the money were caught into the prison.
Self-behave is not easy, people are easy to obey the public rules on the small issues, while when the great temptation comes, these rules are easy to be broken. The one who can refuse to the great temptation can say he is totally self-behave.
My mother is one of the most important persons for me in the world.
When I was a little child,my mother was my sky. Kind and patient,she taught me everything,such as“What's flower”,“What's tree”。 Body and soul it was her who bring me to this world.
As each day went by,I grow up gradually,from crawling to walking. During this transfer,I fell again and again,which hit me a lot. Nonetheless whenever I thought about giving up,the spur from my mother came. “Cheer up! Your troubles will soon be overed! ”or“Don't let it discourage you,try again!”。 With these sentences which were saturated with encouragement,I overcame difficulties one after another.
Now,there is a long distance between us because of my going to college. But all about where and when,I'll not forget her face,smile,as well as her encouraging words. I always know that I couldn't have got this achievement without her care and help. Finally,sincere thanks go to my mom.
