主要是对公司一年的业务和运行做一个回顾总结,并将公司的下一年计划和目标传递给全体员工。在年会上对表现好的员工进行奖励,增强企业凝聚力,鼓舞员工士气,为来年打一个好的基础。使得大家很放松地在一起沟通、娱乐,让员工有一种"辛苦一年,该休息、收获一下了"的感觉。同时员工也可以通过这个机会与平时不太有机会接触的公司领导及其它部门的同事们进行沟通和了解。

(A)需要对工作人员、摄像师提前进行培训。这种培训包括工作人员分工以及执行手册的制定。
