Today I would like to introduce my favourite restaurant to you,which is called baihualin and is located near my college JiangNan University. If you ever go, you will always want to eat there. It’s attractive to us students for two reasons.
First of all, it’s decorated in an unique way which looks so nonmainstream and special. The shape of the lamps in the restaurant look like bottles which emit yellow lights and when your eyes adjust to that, you will find some interesting pictures and notes written by students on the wall. Due to this decorating style,this restaurant are really make romantic and quiet atmosphere which attracts lovers and students who wants to chart with friends.
Secondly, the food is really yummy, I love steamed pork with rice flour(fenzhengrou) best, and fish cooked by different ways. Food cooked there is so delicate and looks delicious which is different from restaurants near seu in jiulonghu. Every time my friends and parents came to see me, I will take them there to eat. More than one year ago, my class held the graduate dinner there, though we destroyed the quiet environment, that’s a precious recollections.
I like the restaurant and recommand all of you to take a chance when it is possible. Because I'm sure that it won't leave you regreted.

（一）基本养老保险由甲方按单位缴费基数20 %的比例、乙方按个人缴费基数 8%的比例缴纳；

第六条 劳动合同的变更、解除、终止、续订
（一）有下列情形之一的，甲、乙双方可以变更本合同：
1、在不损害国家、集体和他人利益的情况下，双方协商一致的；
2、劳动合同订立时所依据的客观情况发生了重大变化，经与乙方协商一致的；
3、由于不可抗力的因素致使劳动合同无法完全履行的；
4、劳动合同订立时所依据的法律、法规已修改的；
5、法律、法规规定的其他情形。
（二）乙方有下列情形之一的，甲方可以解除本合同
1、在试用期间，被证明不符合录用条件的；
2、严重违反劳动纪律及甲方规章制度的；
3、严重失职，营私舞弊，给甲方利益造成重大损害的；
4、同时与其他用人单位建立劳动关系，对完成甲方工作任务造成严重影响，或者经甲方提出，拒不改正的；
5、被依法追究刑事责任的。
（三）有下列情形之一的，甲方可以解除本合同，但是应当提前三十日以书面形式通知乙方：
1、乙方患病或者非因工负伤，医疗期满后，不能从事原工作也不能从事由甲方另行安排的工作的；
2、乙方不能胜任工作，经过培训或者调整工作岗位，仍不能胜任工作的；
3、劳动合同订立时所依据的客观情况发生重大变化，致使原劳动合同无法履行，经甲、乙双方协商不能就变更劳动合同达成协议的；
（四）有下列情形之一的，乙方可以解除此合同：
1、甲方不能按时按量提供乙方合理报酬的；
第七条 其他约定条款
（1）乙方未按照本合同第一条规定的到岗日到岗的，本合同自到岗日满后自动失效，但甲方认可的除外。由此给甲方造成的损失，应由乙方全额承担。
（2）本合同履行过程中，若甲方变更名称、法定代表人或者主要负责人、投资人等事项，不影响本合同履行；若甲方发生合并或分立等情况，本合同继续有效，由承继单位继续履行。
（3）双方签订本合同后，乙方不得在合同期内再受聘其他任何单位从事与甲方相同或类似或有竞争冲突的业务。
（4）乙方对在合同期间得到的有关甲方及其关联公司的情报、信息等商业秘密进行保密，不得将其泄露给任何第三者（亦包括无工作上需要的甲方雇员）乙方违反保密义务则被视为严重违反本合同，并认为有足够的理由被辞退。此种保密义务在本合同终止或期满后的任何时间对乙方仍有约束力。
（5）双方签订本合同后，因个人原因操作不当造成本店的损失及不按本店的规章制度执行造成人员伤亡由肇事者负全责____、

Every day when we turn on the TV-set, what appears into our eyes first is advertisement. Some people think that advertisements have many advantages, while I take no interests in them at all. On the contrary, they are a great nuisance in my mind.
There are two main disadvantages of advertisements. For one thing, advertisements often mislead us. Most sellers on advertisements boast that their products are superior to other ones in the markets. However, they are inferior in quality. When people fall for the tricks, they can do nothing but complain and regret because they can’t contact the sellers to get compensation after purchasing. For another, advertisements usually take up plenty of time on TV, so we can’t watch any TV programs in a happy mood. What is worse is that many interesting programs are segmented by a lot of boring advertisements, which makes us feel annoyed. But we have to stand.
In conclusion, advertisements have become a new form of visual pollution which must be prohibited strictly.
Advertisements are forcing their way into people’s lives. People refer to advertisements in their daily lives because they are consumers. The advertisers are usually manufacturers, retailers and salesmen. Their merchandise needs to be advertised to bring it to the attention to the customers. Thus nearly every product is advertised in some way. To a large extent, good advertising leads to success while bad advertising can mean failure.
There are many ways to advertise and ‘ads’ come in different forms. Newspapers carry advertisements. Some products are publicized on TV and radio which bring them into notice of a wide audience. Billboards also carry advertising. Advertising is a big industry now and many agencies have been set up to furnish a variety of forms.
However, advertising is not always truthful. A product is often misrepresented. The advertiser exaggerates the benefits of the merchandise he wants to sell. Thus, he misrepresents the truth. The consumer falls victim to such advertising. Millions of people have bought advertised products and have been dissatisfied with them。
